Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to assist the DIY customer in-store and by phone, driving sales and delivering parts. The role supports battery installation, testing, wiper installs and other DIY services while maintaining inventories and store standards.

This position can be part-time or full-time, with opportunities to build customer relationships and gain familiarity with parts lookup systems and POS tools.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to operate store inventory and systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goal and help store achieve its sales goals.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Responsible for inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
