Job summary

Advance Auto Parts seeks an entry-level sales associate to support the DIY business and help achieve sales and service objectives. The role requires basic car knowledge and strong store systems familiarity, with the ability to source from stores, hubs, or external suppliers.

You will deliver excellent DIY customer service, work toward personal and store sales goals, and provide services such as battery installation and wiper replacements while maintaining inventory standards.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• Basic automotive knowledge and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goal and help store achieve its sales goals.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
