Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Salesperson to support the DIY business and help achieve sales targets.

The role requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive parts knowledge, and the ability to source from stores, hubs, and external suppliers. The position can be part time or full time, with responsibilities including customer service, battery and wiper installations, inventory management, and safe delivery of parts.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Able to read safety/maintenance manuals.
• Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• English speaking; Spanish a plus.
• Strong customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store achieve sales goals.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Inventory processes: cycle counts, back stock, etc.
• Store cleanliness and general stocking.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
