The role may be part-time or full-time, including tasks like battery installation and wiper services to enhance customer experience. You will manage inventory, support pricing and stocking tasks, operate POS and parts lookup systems, and ensure store standards and safety policies are followed.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of sales experience in retail or similar environment.
• Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Basic automotive parts knowledge and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in-store and by phone.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store meet overall sales targets.
• Perform DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installation where applicable.
• Maintain store product and operational standards; manage inventory processes.
• Safely deliver parts to customers when needed.
