Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment, providing superior customer experiences.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, parts catalogs and procedures.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store meet its targets.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards and inventory accuracy.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
