Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Speak and write English fluently; Spanish a plus.
• Ability to work days, evenings and weekends as needed.
• Basic math and numeracy skills for transactions and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in person and by phone.
• Aim to meet personal sales goals and help the store achieve its targets.
• Provide DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store standards and inventory accuracy.
• Handle inventory processes including stocking, cycle counts, and back stock.
