Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Salesperson to support DIY customers and help achieve sales goals while leveraging store systems and basic automotive knowledge. The role includes battery and wiper installations, inventory accuracy, and delivering parts as needed.

The position may be part-time or full-time with a focus on excellent customer service. Typical duties include stocking, keeping the store clean, operating POS and parts lookup systems, and providing friendly, effective communication

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers and management
• Read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions
• Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in person and over the phone
• Achieve personal and store sales goals
• Provide DIY services including basic installations and fittings
• Maintain store product and operational standards
• Handle inventory processes including stock put away, counts, back stock and cycle counts
• Ensure store cleanliness and stocking
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed
• Operate POS and parts lookup systems
