Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business and hit sales/service objectives. The role requires basic automotive knowledge, store system familiarity, and ability to source parts from multiple channels.

Part-time or full-time positions are available, with fleet safety certification preferred. Key duties include providing excellent DIY customer service, meeting personal and store sales goals, performing services like battery tests and wiper

Qualifications

2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
Speak and write English (Spanish a plus)

Responsibilities

Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
Achieve personal sales goal and help store achieve its sales goals
Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs
Maintain store product and operational standards
Responsible for inventory processes including truck put away, shoot outs, cycle counts, Back stock
Store Cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot
General stocking including truck stocking and back stock
Safely deliver parts to customers as needed
