Qualifications

• 2–3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus); communicate effectively and build relationships.
• Read and interpret safety rules and instruction manuals, and use basic math.
• Familiarity with store systems and automotive parts knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store achieve its sales goals.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards and drive inventory accuracy.
• Safely deliver parts to customers and support inventory processes.
