Advance Auto Parts in Indiana is seeking a Salesperson to support DIY customers in our store. This entry-level role combines sales targets with basic automotive knowledge, part lookup, and efficient service delivery.

You will assist customers in-store and over the phone, perform basic battery/wiper services, manage inventory, and help keep the store clean and organized. Flexible hours, part-time or full-time, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store achieve its sales goals.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
• Store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot.
