Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Salesperson to support the DIY business and meet sales and service objectives. The role requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive parts knowledge, and sourcing from stores, hubs, and suppliers.

It is an in-store position that may be part-time or full-time, with a focus on customer service and inventory accuracy. You will assist customers with DIY services, stock control, and delivering parts, while working with a team to achieve store goals.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to use delivery board system and handle parts lookup tools.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach its sales targets.
• Provide DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installations.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Handle inventory processes including cycle counts and stock control.
