Advance Auto Parts is hiring for an Entry level Salesperson to support the DIY business and help meet sales objectives. You will work with store systems, basic automotive knowledge, and assist customers in person or by phone.

The role involves providing DIY services, maintaining inventory, and supporting daily store operations. Flexible part-time or full-time hours, with safety and efficiency at the core of performance.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• English speaking and writing required; Spanish a plus.
• Basic math skills for transactions and inventory counts.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in person and by phone.
• Meet personal sales goals and assist store in achieving targets.
• Offer DIY services like battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Handle inventory processes including receiving, cycle counts, and back stock.
