Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Salesperson in Clinton, CT to deliver excellent service to DIY customers, support sales goals, and perform DIY services such as battery installations and wiper replacements. You will maintain store standards and manage inventory processes including cycle counts and back stock.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Basic math and reading comprehension.
• Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goal and help store achieve its sales goals.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs
• Maintain store product and operational standards
• Inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock.
