Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Salesperson to support the DIY business. The role requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive parts knowledge, and strong customer service for DIY customers in person and by phone.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment, providing superior customer experiences.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Basic automotive part knowledge and store systems familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and over the phone.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals.
• Provide DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.).
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Handle inventory processes (cycle counts, back stock, etc.).
• Deliver parts safely to customers when needed.
