• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel; operating POS and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and related tasks.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Perform key holder duties (opening/closing, safety, task assignment).
• Assist in inventory processes and order fulfillment.
• Source parts from multiple channels and advise on sourcing options.
