Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro in the United States to provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers, build strong relationships, and help customers locate the right parts. The role requires 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, a valid driver's license, and strong knowledge of parts lookup systems.

ASE certification is preferred. You will handle inventory, assist in-store duties, and support daily operations as a key holder, including opening/closing and ensuring

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Valid driver's license.
• ASE certification preferred.
• Strong English communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties)
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
• Store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
