Qualifications

• Working knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostic ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Spanish a plus.
• Ability to read safety rules, manuals, and parts catalogs; basic math and clerical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, and wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Handle key holder responsibilities: task assignment, safety, opening/closing duties.
• Assist in inventory processes including stock, back stock, and cycle counts.
• Support upkeep of store cleanliness and organization.
