Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is hiring a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY services and provide expert knowledge of store systems and parts. You will assist customers in-store and by phone, handle advanced identification and sourcing, and contribute to maintaining inventory accuracy.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, strong communication, and proficiency with POS and parts lookup systems. ASE certification is preferred, with flexibility for day/evening shifts.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and manuals.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
