Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of automotive parts experience and strong selling skills, with ASE certification preferred. The position is full-time and based in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience and proven sales ability.
• Must have ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver's license required to operate company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing, wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities: task assignment, safety, open/close duties.
• Assist in store inventory processes and maintain store cleanliness.
• Operate POS and parts lookup systems; source from multiple channels.
