Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. seeks a Retail Parts Pro to deliver expert knowledge of store systems, parts, and automotive diagnostics for DIY customers.

You will handle advanced identification, sourcing, and high-level customer service while supporting inventory and sales goals. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, ASE readiness, and strong communication in English (Spanish a plus); valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience and proven sales ability.
• Must have valid driver's license; ASE certification preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules, manuals and parts catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities: task assignment, safety, opening/closing duties.
• Assist in store inventory processes and back room organization.
• Maintain store cleanliness and perform routine housekeeping.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation and testing.
