Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to provide expert knowledge of store systems and automotive parts to DIY customers in a full-time role.

You will assist customers in-person and via phone, perform services like battery installations and wiper replacements, and strive to meet store sales and service goals. Qualifications include 3–5 years of auto parts experience, a valid driver’s license, and ASE certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• ASE certification preferred, not required.
• English speaking and writing required (Spanish a plus).

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
