Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience
• Proven sales ability and customer service skills
• ASE certification preferred but not required
• Ability to read and interpret parts catalogs and service documents
• Strong knowledge of store systems and inventory processes

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance
• Hold key holder responsibilities (opening/closing, task assignment, safety)
• Assist in inventory processes (cycle counts, back stock, stock placement)
• Keep store clean and organized, including floors and bathrooms
• Support in sourcing parts from multiple suppliers and special orders
