Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking aRetail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY functions with expert store systems knowledge and automotive part expertise. The role is full time and involves in-store and phone-based customer assistance, sourcing parts, and maintaining high service standards.

ESSENTIAL tasks include battery installs, diagnostics support, inventory management, and operating POS/parts lookup systems, with emphasis on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
