Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced functions of the DIY business. The role requires expert knowledge of store systems, automotive parts, and diagnostic equipment.

It is a full-time position located in the United States, serving professional installers and DIY customers. The Retail Parts Pro will drive sales, perform DIY services such as battery installations and testing, and maintain high customer service standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of automotive parts experience.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read safety rules and parts catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
