Advance Auto Parts, Inc. in the United States seeks a Retail Parts Pro to deliver expert DIY assistance, deep knowledge of automotive systems, and proficient use of store systems. The full-time role includes parts lookup, service installation like battery testing and wiper installs, and helping customers find the right solutions.

Responsibilities cover inventory accuracy, safety, opening/closing tasks, and strong customer service. ASE P2 certification is preferred.

Formación

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to read and interpret parts catalogs and safety instructions
• Familiarity with store inventory systems and parts lookup tools
• Must have a valid driver's license and ASE certification preferred

Responsabilidades

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers
• Achieve personal and store sales goals
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance
• Handle key holder responsibilities (opening/closing duties)
• Assist in inventory processes (cycle counts, back stock)
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Operate POS and parts lookup systems
• Use diagnostic equipment for DIY services
