Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY customer needs and store operations.

This full-time role requires expert knowledge of store systems, parts lookup, and automotive diagnostics to assist customers in person and over the phone. Successful candidates will have 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, strong sales skills, and the ability to perform DIY services like battery installations and wiper replacements.

Qualifications

• GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers
• Experience meeting personal/store sales goals and service objectives
• Ability to perform DIY services such as battery installation, testing, and wiper installs
• Valid driver's license; ASE certification preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, and wiper installs
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties)
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
