Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro in the United States to support advanced DIY services and part identification. You will handle customer visits and phone calls, stock parts, and operate store inventory systems while delivering high-quality service and maintaining store standards.

The role requires 3–5 years in automotive parts, a valid driver\'s license, and flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends. ASE certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Valid driver\'s license required.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to read parts catalogs and use inventory systems.
• Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities: task assignment, safety, open/close duties.
• Assist in store inventory processes (truck put away, cycle counts, back stock).
• Maintain store cleanliness (floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot).
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs.
