Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to provide expert DIY assistance in-store and over the phone.

You will leverage store systems, parts knowledge, and a strong customer-service mindset to meet sales goals and maintain high service standards. 3–5 years of automotive parts experience and ASE certification preferred to support stock, fulfill orders, and perform basic DIY services like battery testing and installs.

Formación

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability and customer service focus.
• Must have valid driver's license; ASE certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Assume key holder responsibilities (task assignment, safety, open/close).
• Assist in inventory processes and store cleanliness.
