Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro in the United States. The role requires automotive parts experience and strong customer service skills to assist DIY customers both in-store and by phone.

Responsibilities include parts identification, battery testing/installation, and maintaining store appearance and safety standards. Applicants should have 3–5 years in automotive parts, a valid driver's license, and ASE certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
