Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro in the United States to support DIY customers with expert product knowledge and parts identification. You will use store systems and diagnostic tools to assist customers, perform services, and help maintain an organized, safe store environment.

The role requires 3–5 years in automotive parts sales, a valid driver's license, and strong selling skills to meet store goals. ASE certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts sales experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license; ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Proficient with parts lookup and POS inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers in-store and by phone.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Assist in inventory, back stock, and store cleanliness.
