Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to join our team in the United States. This professional-level sales role supports advanced DIY functions, expert store systems knowledge, and comprehensive parts knowledge to assist customers in person and by phone.

Responsibilities include delivering GAS2 selling experiences, hitting sales goals, managing DIY services (battery installs, wiper installs), and maintaining store appearance. ASE certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience
• Proven sales ability in fulfilling customer transactions
• Ability to read and interpret parts catalogs and manuals

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers and calls
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery and wiper installs
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance
• Perform key holder duties (opening/closing, safety)
• Assist in inventory processes and back stock management
• Maintain store cleanliness and parking lot areas
