Advance Auto Parts Inc. is hiring a Retail Parts Pro who brings automotive parts knowledge and strong customer service to help DIY customers in our store. You will use store systems to locate parts, handle advanced inquiries, and support sales goals.

The position is full time and requires flexibility for days, evenings, and weekends. Candidates should have 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, ASE certification or readiness, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installations and wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance; perform key holder duties.
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, and back stock.
