Advance Auto Parts is hiring a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers with expert automotive knowledge and store systems fluency. The role includes shopping for parts, performing basic DIY services, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

A valid driver's license is required, with ASE certification preferred and flexible scheduling options. The position is full-time, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
