Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to provide expert parts knowledge and high-quality service to DIY customers in our store. You will leverage store systems, diagnose simple needs, and source parts from multiple channels to support sales and customer satisfaction.

3–5 years of automotive parts experience is preferred. ASE P2 certification or readiness is valued. You will perform battery installs, testing, wiper replacements, inventory tasks, and uphold safety and cleanliness

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• ASE certification preferred or readiness.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and diagnostic terminology.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing, wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Perform task assignment and safety duties as key holder.
