A leading automotive parts provider in Aurora, Illinois is seeking a Retail Parts Pro. This professional sales role requires expertise in automotive systems, strong customer service skills, and the ability to meet sales goals. The ideal candidate will have prior automotive parts experience and knowledge of store systems. Full-time position with a compensation range of $16.45 to $18.10 per hour, offering significant responsibilities in customer interaction and inventory management.

Formación

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with experience in fulfilling customer transactions.
• ASE P2 certified or ASE ready equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs.

Conocimientos

Working knowledge of automotive systems

Speak and write English

Basic math skills

Microsoft software proficiency

Strong organizational skills

Ability to communicate effectively

Educación

Valid driver's license
