A leading automotive parts retailer in Chicago is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to deliver exceptional customer service and manage parts sales. This full-time role requires an in-depth knowledge of automotive systems, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with a diverse range of products. A valid driver's license is necessary, and candidates should have 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience. Competitive compensation ranges from $18.15 to $19.96 per hour.

Formación

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus); communicate effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs.
