Job summary

A leading auto parts retailer in Downers Grove, IL is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to provide excellent customer service and support. This full-time position requires 3-5 years of automotive parts experience, friendly communication, and knowledge of automotive systems. The compensation ranges from $16.45 to $18.10 per hour. Ideal candidates will have a valid driver's license and ASE certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals.
• Ensure high standards of customer service.
