Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro who will support advanced DIY sales with deep parts knowledge and store systems expertise. The role includes expert automotive knowledge, sourcing from multiple channels, and delivering high-quality DIY services to customers.

The position is full-time, requiring flexibility to work various days, evenings, and weekends, with a focus on achieving sales goals and maintaining store standards. ASE certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
• Ability to locate and source parts from multiple channels.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with in-store and phone sales.
• Proficient with store systems and POS lookup.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers in-store and over the phone.
• Meet personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services like battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
