Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers in-store and by phone. The role combines advanced parts knowledge with sales excellence and familiarity with store systems to identify parts, source items, and perform basic DIY services.

The full-time position requires strong customer service, automotive knowledge, and the ability to work varied days, evenings, and weekends. ASE certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of automotive parts experience and proven sales ability.
• Must be able to read and interpret parts catalogs and safety manuals.
• Valid driver's license required; ASE certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers in-store and by phone.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Perform key holder duties including opening/closing tasks and safety compliance.
