Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to deliver expert parts knowledge and help DIY customers in-store and by phone. You will support advanced identification, troubleshooting and parts sourcing to drive sales while maintaining exceptional service standards.

The role requires strong communication, familiarity with inventory and POS systems, and ASE readiness. This is a full-time position with opportunities to grow within a leading automotive aftermarket parts retailer.

Formación

• Working knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostic ability
• English speaking and writing; Spanish a plus
• Ability to read safety rules, manuals and parts catalogs; write simple correspondence
• Understand and follow written or oral instructions
• Complete Parts Knowledge Assessment
• Perform basic math and unit conversions
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work days, evenings and weekends as needed

Responsabilidades

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance
• Key holder responsibilities: task assignment, safety, opening/closing duties
• Assist in store inventory: cycle counts, back stock, truck put away
• Maintain store cleanliness: floors, bathrooms, dusting, parking lot
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs
