• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Handle key holder duties, safety checks, and opening/closing tasks.
• Assist inventory processes and keep the store organized.
