Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY services and parts knowledge in a full-time store role in the United States. You will assist customers in person and over the phone, perform parts lookups, and guide battery installations, testing, and wiper services with a focus on accuracy and safety.

The role requires 3-5 years in automotive parts, strong selling skills, and the ability to operate store systems.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Past experience in fulfilling customer transactions and guiding DIY customers.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Must read/write English; Spanish a plus.
• Proficient with basic Microsoft Word and Excel; able to use store systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
