Advance Auto Parts is hiring a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY functions and parts knowledge. The role requires expert store systems knowledge and strong customer interaction, with a focus on parts sourcing and diagnostics for DIY customers.

The position is full-time and includes responsibilities ranging from sales to inventory management, with opportunities to develop advanced parts lookup and selling skills in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of automotive parts experience and proven sales ability.
• Must have a valid driver's license; ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to read safety rules, operate store systems and assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services such as battery installs and testing.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Assist in inventory processes and stock parts as needed.
