Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to deliver GAS2 selling expertise and advanced auto parts knowledge in a full-time role. You will work with store systems, assist DIY customers, and strive to meet sales goals while maintaining top-notch service.

Responsibilities include battery installation and diagnostic support, with a focus on parts availability, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction. ASE certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, and wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment, safety, open/close duties).
