Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is hiring a Retail Parts Pro to join our store team. This role combines expert knowledge of automotive parts and store systems with hands-on DIY service support for customers in person and over the phone.

You will help customers locate parts, perform services such as battery installation and wiper replacements, and maintain high standards of service, inventory accuracy, and store safety. ASE P2 certification is preferred, valid driver's license required.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years of automotive parts experience.
• ASE P2 certification or ready equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Proven sales ability with past customer transactions.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
• Operate inventory and store equipment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment, safety, open/close).
• Assist in inventory processes and back stock management.
• Maintain store cleanliness and floors, bathrooms, parking lot.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation and testing.
