Advance Auto Parts, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to provide expert automotive knowledge and exceptional service to DIY customers in-store and via phone.

You will work with advanced store systems, source parts from multiple channels, and help customers with battery installs, testing and other DIY services. A valid driver's license and 3–5 years of parts experience are preferred; ASE certification is a plus.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability in a fast, retail environment.
• ASE certification preferred, not required.

Mansioni

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
