The position is full-time and based in our U.S. stores, requiring flexibility for days, evenings, and weekends, with opportunities to grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability and customer-facing experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license; ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Experience with store systems and parts lookup.
• Ability to read parts catalogs and use diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers in-store and on the phone.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Perform key holder duties including opening/closing and safety tasks.
• Assist in inventory processes and back stock organization.
