The position is full-time and involves working various days, evenings, and weekends, with responsibilities including inventory handling, safety compliance, and customer assistance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• English spoken and written; Spanish a plus.
• Able to read safety rules and parts catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing, wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment, safety, open/close duties).
• Assist in store inventory processes (truck put away, cycle counts, back stock).
