Candidates should have 3–5 years in auto parts, valid driver’s license, and English proficiency; ASE certification is preferred. The position is full-time with various shift patterns to cover days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and parts catalogs.
• English language proficiency; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Perform key holder responsibilities (task assignment, opening/closing duties).
• Assist in store inventory processes and backstock tasks.
• Maintain store cleanliness and orderly floors and facilities.
• Offer DIY services including battery installation and testing.
