Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers with expert parts knowledge and top-notch service. You will work with store systems, assist with parts sourcing, and perform DIY services such as battery tests and wiper installs.

A valid driver’s license is required. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, with ASE certification preferred, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate inventory and POS systems in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read and interpret parts catalogs and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals.
• Manage DIY services including battery installations and wiper installs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Perform key holder duties such as opening/closing and safety.
• Assist in inventory, back stock, and cycle counts.
